Download alterIWNet
Paste it somewhere (not MW2 folder)
Copy all your MW2 stuff (different folder to your AltIWNet)
Copy other your AltIWNet stuff into that MW2 folder (not the original)...

I believe Warez said that this was detected, so yes. People will get banned.

Also useful when/if you get VAC banned. Just copied the files to my MW2 directory and whey hey.
