Not all anti-cheats need a bypass but most do, so when you code a hack and make it undetectable the anti-cheat won't detect it. It's mostly trial and error. An injector injects a .dll and a console...

Blackshot uses Battleye Anti-Cheat. Not sure cheat engine will not find addresses when using it ingame for finding codes. You said you can get in game to do scans so i guess it's not the anti-cheat.

They update CSGO this morning so no hacks will work without an easy update.

The best way to be sure is keep the file on a usb and add it to your desktop when you need it then delete it once in game. You should be OK but i would try it for a few hours on a 2nd account first....
