    My warrenty ran out 2 months ago...
    I called them they said it would cost me £155 (nearly $200) to get a replacement!

    Meh, I had/have a Shitload of Sony Electronics, VAIO, PS1, PS2, PS3, and PSP.

    Never had problems with any of them (except a defective memory card reader out of the box on the PSP which was fixed easily).

    OK guys, after a long and heated argument with the manager of the UK branch that sold me the PS3, I am getting mine replaced for FREE.

    I told the first guy to fuck off and that he had lost a customer.
    He hanged up on me.

    I called back saying the dude hanged up and they put me through to the manager where I had a long argument with him and eventually he gave me an extra "good will" 6 months of warranty and now I get a free replacement.

    Thank fuck.
