    CrossFire not starting

    Sorry if here is not the correct area.
    My Computer does not want to run Crossfire.
    I press to start and will not.
    My system is Windows 7 86bits (32)
    I've tried everything, help me pliz.

    I had the same problem, try opening the cf_patcher in your crossfire directory

    run from the crossfire folder (the one like C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire)
    and run it as admin (its something like CF_G4box)

    So youre at G4 window press start and nothing happens...

    Try run it in comp mode SP3,and as admin.
    If that dont work,defrag your Harddrive,sometimes its lack of space/ram to run the game.

    Sorry but I had that same problem before.
    I have the same os as u .
    One question does it show that circle that its loading then just doesn't start? Because thats what it was doing to me before but I had to get rid of my anti virus and install free AVG .
    Just... lol.

    @KingofCOD, Thanks for helping him out its greatly appreciated....(Remeber what Liz said, keep spaming and you will be banned. STOP SPAMMING....Spam = Being Unhelpful/Useless post...That was useless and unhelpful)


    Try running it in compatibility mode XP SP3, run as Admin.
    If that doesnt work post a Dxdiag (Go to run type dxdiag and save it)

    Also try re-installing the game and DOWNLOAD the installer again, Diable firewalls and virus protection's

    Also does HGWC popup in the task manager?
    OR
    Does crossfire.exe show in the process list?

    Open it from CF Folder ( Run As Admin ) ( run cf_patcher.exe ) Try to re-install crossfire and make sure it iwll not be the same folder when installing.... ( do it like this C:/ProgramFiles/Z9games Make sure it's Z9Games.....
