How old is your 1TB memory and what is it HDD/SSD ?
    What sounds its replaying
Try checking your 1TB memory for bad sectors
If the 1TB memory is new, make clean Win 10 instal (don't upgrade and shit)

Please give all the info you can get if you need help

Run program to scan for a bad/dead sector on your HDD, if it says you have bad sectors - start saving money for new HDD or SSD and backup the most important files. It doesn't meter if the file is on C/D/E and etc if its only software partition on 1 HDD 1 day you will loose all. If you have several real physical HDDs only replace the problem one. And I don't know what brand is your HDD but for year you need to have a warranty (by European law) contact seller if you are sure its HDD problem and demand replacement.

A much better option would be just to open Disk Defrag and run the analysis then optimize it.

Your HDD may be broken, I suggest replacing it.
