    Post Having Troubles with amazon delivery

    So basically i live in student accommodation and I've purchased a few things off of amazon and even though the delivery have been delayed they have all arrived. now i purchased a mac which i was going to plan on refunding, however amazon are having issues delivering it, first attempt that was made they said no one was at home, i then went onto amazon to select a safe place to leave the item, today they tried to re deliver but i haven't hear anything from them, when i checked just now it said that its been returned to amazon due to being refused by customer.
    what can i do.

    You have to actually call amazon for this and tell them that you are not sure what happened, but amazon or your shipping carrier tried claiming that you refused it when you still want the package. Make sure you let them know that you still want that order, then they should do a replacement for you since it is being sent back to amazon anyway.

    If you still want the order, explain to them that you want it ASAP since someone lied about you refusing the package. They should then hopefully reship it. Sometimes they don't reship it, and you have to reorder it.

    I've been able to get them to reship for me, just the annoying thing is trying to get them to leave the parcel in the postal box where our mail is, because I'm in class most the day there is no one to actually accept the item.

    Oh, you can just do that online. Just go call your carrier's phone number, and have your tracking id ready. This process is actually easier when talking to a bot, because they just give you so many options right away. The bot should eventually ask you if you want to pick up the package at a UPS pick up location. Then, you just bring your id, and pick it up. The bot is a better job at this cause they're stupid. If you try to explain all the problems you had with a customer rep on UPS, then they might sense that you are a customer that has a lot of problems and won't want to give you options.

    Or you can make an account on the carrier website and you may be able to choose the options yourself.

    im in the UK and they use their own amazon logistics company, so only way is to actually contact amazon, the rep said that i could deliver to a neighbour, but when i explained that i got a dedicated postal box, the rep was like i guess that they can put it there. ill just leave a phone number on the door and hope that they phone. think last time they didn't even bother to deliver the item,
