Need paypal documentation help?

So I recently cracked some email accounts and there was a paypal account that was made in 2011 with 0 transactions. So, I changed the email and deleted the email of the user. So, it was all going well for about 5 months. Yesturday, it was limited. So, I contacted paypal about it and asked them what i did wrong and they told me they limited it bc I was making purchases on my ebaqy account and I told them it was hacked into and I didnt know the person so now I have to provided documentation of this person to get it unlimited, So I have two ideas here. I need someone to wither provide a fake paypal email to make the user believe that they have so many days to provide their real info so I can use it to get it unlimited. sOr provide fake documation to get it unlimited, SO, I am providing $20, for making a fake email or fake documention. Then, Ill provide another $20, if it works and gets unlimited, So, I need someones help because I really need this account back.

Requirements,

- I will only pay first for members with high rep and is a premium member and that is almost activate every day,otherwise Ill pay after to others.

- I will verify your mpgh name and user name with you to make sure you are who you say you are by pming by saying a quote I provide to you. (refusing it will be denied)

- Any scams you will be reported in scammers grave.
