I made a mod, and the weapon turned grey...

Hello,
I have been working on an M16 rez. mod (My 1st one). I did a virus scan and all, but when I went to test my mod, it just turned the M16 grey. Can anybody help me? I have searched multiple forums, and even google, and that just led me to dead ends.

maybe its something to do with the textures? i dunno i dont reall know anything about modding

Check if your GUNS_T_PV_AR.rez file is in you game folder. You also need to convert the textures to lithtech then swapping the texture files around as well. Dont forget to convert it back to nexon then inject.

see i was partially right XD

You have to convert the DTX file back to nexon, then you inject it. Then check your CA Game folder for a whatever the name is .rezNew , back up your old one and replace the .rezNew with the old one. Then it should be a-okay.
