    PayPal unauthorized dispute how does it work

    Hi if I do unauthorized dispute in pp, who covers the loss? PayPal? Or they get money back from merchant

    Afaik, they will get money back from merchant (if they have enough balance) or cover it if their balance went negative. (will cover the negative amount)
