Cocksucker you want to avoid as it is a position where ppl can flame you all they like and you also get a 50x50 avatar or something and your text just looks messed up on threads as every first letter is capitalised. In addition, it lasts for 3 months and usually staff abuse you such as change your name and shit as you no longer have rights. Its given to extremely annoying members of the community that annoy dave or just power shitposters in general tbh.

Publicist you need to apply for as well as the staff roles and NEWSFO and members are selectively chosen from a pool of applicants depending on the quality of their applications. However, there is a criteria for each role and currently you do not fulfil all the criterias to be considered for PUBLICIST or NEWFO.

As Felix went over, these are called tags.

If you're premium or meet the requirements you can have your own custom tag. Other tags, like my GM one, is a user group tag which reflects my staff position here on MPGH. PREM SELLER, similarly, is a user group however FIRE MM is my own custom user tag.
