Looks.
Im Using SMAC 2.0 With Patch.
Im Changing My MAC Adreass, And IP.
But i donno why.
IM STILL HARDWARE BANNED.
is't worked one time.
Why ?
Whats is wrong?


i like the game, i want play it 24 hours in day.
but im hardware banned..
some1 can help?

and someone said he disable some port..
and he playing.
HOW DO I DOING THAT?

The name basicly says it all "hardware" banned you will properly need to bye a new computer or some new parts such as a new motherboard or a new harddrive.

Well you could make a korean warrock account it is much better in my opinion you start with more dinar and you can weild any weapons at lvl 1 like famus etc the tut on how to make a korean account is in my sig.

if changing your IP and MAC "worked" once then you werent HW banned.

whats the message you get when you try to login?

I think he said it "isn't worked one time", which would translate into "it didn't work once" in normal English, lol.

If changing it through software didn't fix it, you're pretty much screwed. Port forwarding obviously won't fix anything. The only reason you'd do that is if you couldn't get the WRLauncher to update or something. Not if you're hardware banned.

If you're desperate, you can just buy a new network adapter. They're really cheap. PB staff have said before that hardware bans ban your MAC Address, which is only present in network adapters, not in all the parts of your computer. There's no need for MAC addresses on other parts because you don't need to identify each other in a network, but you do for a network card.

So either get a new network card or find a new hobby :P

oh and if you buy a new network card and you are HW banned, that will just be added to the ban list, they ban more than just your MAC, they ban like every part of your comp that has a serial

Sorry, I was stupid in my last post D:

You don't need to replace all your computer parts. I'm pretty sure the only numbers it blocks are in your HD and network adapter. I did some reading, and apparently PB makes a hash using the information from those devices. Stuff like number of drives, MAC address, SMART address and serial number all get pasted into some kind of formula, then PB uses that number to identify your computer.

So yeah, good luck :O

Your problem is probably that the hardware spoofer doesn't cut it. MAC addresses are easy to change, and you can just disable SMART through BIOS. But the serial number ban is unique to each ban I think, so you need to actually know how to reverse the ban to remove it. A generic hardware spoofer won't do the trick.
