Very Serious Issue

Hey guys, because this started to be annoying a lot of months before, well here is how all happens, after I pass 2.5 contacts (if someone write some shit like this is my fault, etc. I recommend to him to find any easy way to kill himself, because this is not my fault, and if is how I can fix?).
However, let's continue how all happens, I see very good potential IM Chat in May, made suggestions. I think this is very cool, after some time because I sell here, I pass 2500 contacts on chat, and I starting to feel laggy, crashes and more issues but someone saved me, I am not sure is him name @boubie (sorry if is not you), but you or someone said having 32 GB ram and very high specs is not enough. I have to just close contact list, and this works for me for about another 1.5k contacts, after this, I ask Dave, and guess what? Dave said my old PC is terrible:

Well, let's listen, Dave, I Spent about $600 for new PC, I take 12 GB Ram (using right now 8), GTX 1060 6 GB G1, Intel i5 3570 Quad 3.4 GHz, boost to 3.8 SSD+HDD. I was getting faster connected (or disconnected lol). No, I not living in Asia with 1000 ms, I have Fiber Optical 70 Mbit/s down and 30 Mbit/s up in Europe.
I have Nvidia GeForce now, and I guess that is high enough for MPGH, and then I tried to log in but IP of RDP is banned, Dave unbanned it but after few moments again is banned and again ignoring.
Oh, some of you will say, look processor it's old, hmmm, but I tried on friend PC with Ryzen 5 2400G.
But sadly I recorded Hardware usage when trying to connect to IM If you see none is overloading or going after 50%. Sad... means I wasted money on new PC. However now I can play all games on ultra 1080p, but not good enough to run MPGH if I have to believe dave.

I have every day to open two tabs, connect on one, and on other, and some tab will freeze and ask to reconnect in time of reconnecting I can minimize the contact list and connect. That is what sometimes take 1 hours. In this video takes 10 minutes, and after this 30 minutes of trying but if someone does not believe me, also recorded but I think it's not cool to upload 40 minutes video of connecting on IM (my every day).
btw. Errors in Console about JScript from birdiecdn server is on my side? right?
btw mostly time I jerk options and other things and with some magic will start working...
Fun fact, when I ask Dave to unban GeForce now to delete contacts the first time said IP is not banned:

Put speed 2, and u will get autism, I guarantee

and just wanted to say, don't reply if u want to say, learn english, u cunt buy data center to run IM, delete all contacts and any stupid thing.

So, I think this thread will be ignored like anything I made, Arun said to contact Dave, Dave nothing said because he is busy, well I think its okay to help me, I will donate another $100 or $150, whatever for premium seller if I can use MPGH lol, just help me!
If is possible delete all my contacts, of whatever, this is very serious, Please!

I unblocked the IP address as you asked, you should have cleared your contacts like you kept saying you wanted to do.

I can delete all your contacts, but that is about it. I'm too busy to sit around and code, and will be for the next few months.

How do you have fiber with 70 down 30 up? It should be 70/70

I've got 950 contacts and am also getting really bad freezes / laggs with IM.

Am using a i7 6950X and 112GB of RAM.
Thing is, IM only uses one thread I believe, so even with the most high end PC your performance will most likely be shit.

Now imagine. Most people using MPGH dont have a huge PC.
IM is impossible to use on weak computers/laptops or even phones which has a significant impact on all sellers. I've only been away for roughly a month, and I feel like there has already been a decline in marketplace users. Effectively, this piece of trash messenger is killing MPGH.

Either way, I'm begging staff to allow an alternative like Jabber, where messages cant be deleted etc. I really like MPGH as a marketplace and hate seeing rules like these ruin it.

yeah, ill go ahead and delete my customers and get scam reports on me because the IM is fucking my pc up sounds good. The IM is so unfriendly to sellers.

I have a GTX 1080 and a Core i5 bought this about 9 months ago I have 6 contacts on MPGH and shit won't even load up can we please go to another communication method. Selling on this is absolutely terrible

I'm only at a few dozen contacts and it will only run well on my PC or laptop. It just refuses to work properly 85% of the time on my phone or tablet.

I have 1.4k contacts ,having the same issue,I guess firefox is better choicw,it doesn't lag like chrome.

Endless suggestions to revert back to Skyp3 and Tel3gram but as Dave's said countless times, he won't ever change it back. We're sticking with IM, end of story.
