Specifying/clarifiying rules - Prohibition of speaking about cheat providers etc

Topic, i just went to the CSGO discussion forum and replied to a thread where a guy asked about

"What are the best CSGO cheats that people use these days"
where i replied with a picture of cheat providers that has stayed undetected for a long time from VAC.

Further on i get a rule violation by staff saying i "advertise" (which by definition i did not), and saying that it is against the rules to SPEAK about cheat providers that are private / take payments for their services. And then referred me to the rules section, which i read (already had seen it) but read again and found nothing that would suggest that it's prohibited to speak about cheat providers that take payments for their service.
And as a discussion board i feel it's going against the principle about having a discussion without getting censored just because moderators see it as fit.
Again, the advertisement by definition is "is an audio or visual form of marketing communication that employs an openly sponsored, non-personal message to promote or sell a product, service or idea."

Either way, i accepted my punishment but i do not agree with it because the rules doesn't say anywhere that it's not allowed to speak about cheat providers nor did i advertise and it was never the intention.

To specify the rules and clarifying you could do this:
Current rules layout:

- No advertising or quoting an advertisement. (Permanent Ban)
- No direct/indirect advertising or quoting of rule breaking content. (Permanent Ban)
- No outside links or links to downloads/attachments, use the upload system instead. (Permanent Ban)
- No spamming or emote spam outside of the spam section. (1 Day Ban)
- No trolling outside of general sections. (3 Day Ban)

Which could turn into:

1A: No advertising or quoting an advertisement. [Clarification Click here] (Permanent Ban)
1B: No direct/indirect advertising or quoting of rule breaking content. [Clarification Click here] (Permanent Ban)
2A: No outside links or links to downloads/attachments, use the upload system instead. (Permanent Ban)
2B: No spamming or emote spam outside of the spam section. (1 Day Ban)
2C: No trolling outside of general sections. (3 Day Ban)

I'm also not sure which rule would be the one that "prohibit discussion about cheat providers that take payments", so i think that rule should get clarified as well.

The thing is, that is considered "talking about private cheats" which isn't allowed due to this.
- No selling of hacks, menus, scripts, loaders or any other cheating/hacking related material

You're basing this issue through these rules..
- No advertising or quoting an advertisement.
- No direct/indirect advertising or quoting of rule breaking content. (mainly this one)
Which leads to indirect advertising (or really just direct since it's a known paid cheat) and you were acted on.
The clarification is there, don't mention in any way, shape or form of paid cheating content.

You posted a screenshot of all the cheats and the links to the sites.

That is a big no no and advertising of other rival cheat sites.

Mentioning of the name was already a bit iffy since it isn't released on MPGH.
