If you have cheated, you need to wait 3 months if its your last offence, or 6 months if it is the second one, and send an appeal to accounts@ppy.sh

Or just multiaccount with a VPN, an HWID changer and 2IQ

@kobra741a play on another device since osu! bans and restrictions are hwid bans. They might flag your IP but if you play on a new device you can "fake" your way to be a new player. Just don't set a 2000pp score full HRDTHDFL.
