Dungeoneering

I'm currently 60 dungeoneering and I'm wondering what is better in the long term. Rushing C1 floors 1-18 and going small / medium the rest? Or small / medium every floor?
Answers appreciated.

I always did without rushing
and im 87
the bot may fail at rushing , never tryed it before

Alright cuz im 1-60 with iDungeon Pro without rushing, but apparently it maximises experience.

You should always do the Small ones, and rushing is optional.
I've never rushed the first floors, but I believe that would be faster, yes.
