Nunsole Binds on a Laptop

I'm on a laptop and currently don't have access to a numpad. Is there any way to get these binds onto my keyboard:

-Stage Skip
-Going to a faster/normal speed [speed toggle]
-Reload map

But the thing about that is that I don't know what those commands would be. I get the bind "key" part. The only thing im missing is the "command" part for the ones I want and im not sure how to get those commands

"changemap_to_next_random_sector"-Stage Skip
"plr_turning_movement_speed_rate_min 3"-Going to a faster/normal speed [speed toggle]
"changemap_to_current_random_sector"-Reload map

For the speed one change "3" to however fast you wanna go. 1 is normal.
