Paypal help pls

I want to create a paypal acc but i dont have bank acc.A guy told me that u dont need to have bank acc to create paypal i only need a way to charge at my acc(paypal acc)I always and only use paysafe cards.So there's a way to charge my paypal acc but paysafe cards?

Paypal is being so gay lately, I stopped using paypal

I think you can create a paypal account and receive payments without having a bank account
But realize that you wont be able to get that money, what you can do is buy online on sites that accept checkout with paypal

i heard you can't pay with paypall if you don't have a credit card connected to it .
so i guess if you wan't to pay for nx you will have to get a credit card or just use a prepaid card .

i dont have my bank account connected to paypal. you dont need anything to have a paypal. i use prepaid cards on paypal to buy stuff

You can get a paypal account and verify it totally free by making a fake bank acc, i have my paypal for a year now verified using a tutorial and it's still working .
