Eddit XFS files

i found a program that can edit XFS files, i dont really know how to make hacks so i dont know how to use this program but maybe you do.

This program doesnt look to support so high version files - they can too big too...
I checked some info trough it of login servers, updating servers...
I got into 1server...
But there were very weird characters:
µð·ºÅ͸® ³ª¿*ÀÌ °źεǾú½À´ϴÙ.

ÀÌ °¡»ó µð·ºÅ͸®¿¡¼*´Â ÄÜÅÙÆ®¸¦ ³ª¿*ÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø½À´ϴÙ.

It looks like somekind obfuscated thing...
Can anyone unobfuscate it?
