You can change the image but not the text any more.
Since the new HUD, that text is now generated by the engine.

It is not now possible, nexon removed the files and added it to their server, so its server sided.

they wont let you change names cause its the only evidence they have that you mod. im reffering to the random sceenshot they take sometime.
