    Wow... it's not even tattoos. So much for it being "Simple" to you.


    You have to go into the clothes customization kiosk in social. Once there, you have to figure out what color you skin is and make "patches of skin" on the clothes using ovals and circles. It's extremely tedious and requires premium to do it.
