What Do you need?
If doesn't work download the following:

Microsoft .NET Framework 4
Visual C++ Redistributable
Direct X

How to use :

1)Extract The File into Crossfire Folder
2)Put The sxs.dll File in Crossfire Folder
3)Run patcher_cf.exe
4)Join a game.
