Rather than using that method, why not use an injector and inject the hack manually.
Run the injector, browse for the dll,and start cf.
Don't autoinject. When you get to the login screen, tab out,and inject.
By the looks of the title, I know, I look like just another noob running around asking questions and starting threads without doing him homework. Well... In fact, I DID look around, and I have every file I found anywhere that was deemed necessary by anyone to make hacks work.
What happens is:
-I put the sxs.dll in crossfire folder.
--I open patcher_cf.exe
---Immediately, the pop-up message, such as Abel09's "CF NA Hack made by Abel09" pops up.
----I hit OK.
-----Patcher V5 runs, and then HGWC Starts.
------The pop-up opens a second time.
-------I hit OK.
--------HGWC Finishes up, and the the pop-up makes itself knows yet a third time.
---------I click OK.
----------CrossFire Runs.
*****PROBLEM*****
-- The hack does not work....
***Other Info***
.Im running Windows XP 32-bit.
.I was able to get hacks working until the past recent update.
. I am only able to use one hack so far, and that is @OoSiMpSoNsoO 's hack, found here:
https://www.mpgh.net/forum/175-crossf...mple-hack.html
Other than that, because this is a weird error to explain, I have taken the liberty to show you what happens, via YouTube.

Thanks for any help, guys, and I hope there is a solution to this.
