If someone knew All of account data
( Email , SQ and SA , Passowrd and login ID ) , and i changed the mail and the password , Will he be able to access the account again ?
or should I contact Z*games to change my SQ too ?

He probably still can get the account via Support Ticket possibly. What you need to do is to change your security answer before he does. That way you have a full lock down on the account and there is no way for him to get it back.
