Theres really no way to tell. Sometimes the hack with the most viruses works and the viruses shown are just false positives. The only true way to no if the hack is safe is if the member releasing it is trusted. A hack with 0 viruses detected could still fuck up your computer.

Its all about who is releasing this. Just wait on downloading this until some other newbs test it and see if its working first.
