System32 d3d9.dll?

Hi... In one of the hacks posted it requires you to copy and paste the d3d9.dll FROM YOUR SYSTEM32 FOLDER. I searched and searched and I was not able to find the d3d9.dll because I believe that I deleted it from a while ago because I thought it was a hack file... Does anyone know how I could get the file back?

You could even post your own d3d9.dll file on here...I am using windows vista home premium

Here you go, If I am right it allows programs (when attached) to enable windowed mode. It is used in teamspeak and those hacks, but was not a "hack" itself.

I started with the "Hello World" tutorial (google it: Hello World C++ Tutorial). It took me about 6 years, and Im still learning. It is definitely worth it, and is very fun to brag about with college buddy's. Although Im hoping to get into game design, rather than game hacking in the near future [I think that "Coder" status at BlahBlah.com would be good on a resume, RIGHT?].

Yeah, i just doubted that he deleted something in the System32 folder.
Some people look in their Combat Arms folder for this stuff even though the instructions say System32.
