anybody use this or similar software? my problem is that it works fine for CA but for some reason not on crossfire. any ideas?

isn't x-padder the software that lets you play with a games console controller? maybe check your settings or maybe it has no support for crossfire.

ok obviously nobody uses it. yes its software that allows u to use a game controller to simulate keyboard input. it works for any thing, evenon desktop or non-game programs. but before i get flamed to hard be aware when i play CA i still use the mouse to aim and fire and the controller i use with only one hand for moving crouch, jump, change weapons. any button on the controller can be programed to simulate any key on the keyboard. also its free to use if anbody is interested, just google it
