    well i used to use other peoples hacks and sum of them dont work or dc

    soo i wanna learn how to make hacks

    I think its the same if you ask google for Visual Basic C++, it will send you to Visual Express.

    Just Follow this link than Click Download : Visual Studio 2008 Express Editions

    Actually it is different. Visual Basic is a different language on it's own, it's just that visual basic is one of the programming languages that come when you get the full visual studio (thus for the standalone versions it makes sense to let them be near each other for download).
