Help with some folders within Steam Apps

Hello, im sure this question has been asked countless times but i wasn't able to find a fourm post that explained it, i am also sure this has a very simple fix, but here is my problem, my main steam account was banned in the 1500 people being banned so i am useing a alt but in my steam apps folder it still says my name of my banned one i have tried delteing it but no luck so if someone could comment what this fix is that would be much appricated

Check the common folder, otherwise just use the old folder, it should still work if you aren't in common now
