Posting Source Code should be a rule?

This is my thoughts but honestly, I'd feel like people would make less of an attempt to try and post malicious programs with the fact that they'd have to post the source code and when a minion goes to check it and if it doesn't match up, it's deleted. What do you guys think?

Horrible idea.
Leachers could copypaste and edit so make it seem like their own.
You realize that minions SHOULD (some dont @FBZ ) decompile programs and look through them before approving.

Well, I don't know about a rule, but people could just to show how honest they are, give the source code to a Minion, which could compile it. This would put more work on the minions though, so I don't know about that.
