Is there any hack to unlock the Boot Camp Graduate calling card?

OK as you guys know, now it is virtually impossible to find players to play on Boot Camp as once a player reaches level 11, he is unable to play there unless he resets all his stats.

I am aware of the existence of the hack, "Black Ops 2 Challenge & Calling Card Unlocker". However, unfortunately, it does not include the above mentioned Boot Camp Graduate calling card unlocker.

My aim is to unlock all calling cards on Black Ops 2 so any advise on this matter would be much appreciated.
