Possible cmds that open up game editor?

I wonder if you can use commands in game using a .bat, i found a exploit for this other game idk which 1 it was i think it was bloxorz somthing like that, well anyway i might be able to get into a game editor mode, P.s only reply if you know what im talking about, it might be the Engine.exe w/ the mode or something but the problem is hackshield, because most likey this is what will happen

Player1 - all of a sudden when u styart ca no login no anything your automaticlly in a map with a normal cursor and your name is Player1, you can edit stuff, make a spot were you can go up etc,only in ur screen, but other poeple just see you doing it but not being able 2 see what you see. Hackshield protection is the problem...

I have seen someone, a friend of mine use a CMD as an injector..

But i don't think is can do that

im basically talking about using only some parts of engine.exe, in engine.exe there are various sections

maps-on - off
char- on - off
etc etc, im trying to find a way to get into game editor mode..
