put the money in the bank, create a new character, with your new character buy everything (apartments full of osiris and buy the golden plane 9999 times), spend all the money you dont want
then delete that character, there, every single dollar its gone

Couldn't you just make a new character, withdraw it all and then delete said character? Or does that money get banked? Never had an issue that required I spent all my money.
