    1. go to control panel.
    2. Click Clock, language, and region
    3. Click Regional and clock options
    4. Click "keyboards and languages" or the third tab.
    5. Click change keyboards.
    6. Under general click "add"
    7. Scroll down to korean "KO"
    8. Double click Korean.
    9. Double click keyboard.
    10. Check keyboard AND microsoft IME.
    11. Click "apply" and than "ok"

If your using windows XP or Vista, at the bottom right corner it should say EN. Click it and than the KO or Korean option should pop up. click it. Now it should say KO with a keyboard next to it. Click the keyboard and select Microsoft IME. Than a world with a pencil should pop up. next to it there should be an A and a chinese character. Click the A once and a korean character should pop up. Now you can write in korean. 둔 소 이. Click the korean chacacter again to go back to normal. https://7ustm3hangugo.files.*********...nkeyboard3.jpg

Go to that image to see what the layout is. It's just like an american keyboard but the american characters are replaced with korean. For instance Q= ㅂ

Hope this helped. If it did please thank me.
