Help Section

So I think the Minecraft section deserves a help section now that it is picking up on activity. There are more and more help threads popping up, and the general/release section is kind of getting crowded. So vote weather or not you would like to see a Help section. This is a serious request and I will be sending this thread with the suggestion to Dave, so if you vote no, provide a reason to show your not doing it to be an idiot.

ALL Help threads would go here, from texture packs, to mod help* to server help**. If you need help setting up redstone circuits, or need help with a trap, they will go in the help section. If you need help finding mobs, or have questions about certain gameplay elements, ask in the help section.

*Specific questions dealing with just one mod should be placed in the thread for the mod itself. Questions about mods should be if your having more general problems. If you think you have conflict issues, or the mod needs to be updated, post it in the mod thread, not start a new one.

**This should be mainly for setting up servers, or help about plugins. Stuff like joining servers, or tutorials on how to start them should not go in the help section.

i believe that thier shouldnt be a help section because it will mostly be noobs whining and no one wants that, if there were a "help" section to be made you would have to follow a certain guideline or else your thread/post would be deleted

Is that not what a help section is for though? For people to ask questions? Over time there would be enough answered questions and enough info to start a knowledge thread, so that people repeating old questions could resort to that instead.

Nubs are going to whine regardless. If there is a help section for them to post their questions, there is a higher chance their questions will get answered, and they will not be taking up a lot of space here in the general/release section.

Yes this is a good idea, and I also believe a tutorials section should be put in as well, so the help thread does not get to flooded.

Here is my personal opion.
There are only a SMALL group of Minecraft players in the MPGH community and hvaing a help section isnt really needed in such a small community ALLTHOUGH i know what you mean
if it was as big as a COD or CA or whatever then i could understand. but it isnt.
frankly its just easyer the way it is.
