I need a CMS / template in php for my website! Or if u can code then just add me on skype at xrazz.zergon Coz i need someone who can code PHP...he'll just need to edit an HTML Template till it becomes a fully functional CMS

Keyword being "just". It's not just that simple. Unless you are strongly attached to your current HTML website, I would recommend looking at Word.Press. It's free, easy and a well known -- well supported -- CMS. If you are very serious about having your own CMS built for your current HTML website please be advised it would still take a skilled programmer a couple hours if not more depending on just how pretty you would like it.

If you choose Word.Press, you can have it up and running in 10-15 minutes. Give or take configuration time but less than an hour for the utmost n00b. Then whatever content you need moved over of course.
