Since you are a beginner im going to be nice.. Don't take anything i say hurfully in a wrong way, its just the way i CnC and wanna see you get better.. don't consider it as bashing..

The first thing i see that is bad, is the text.. the text takes away most the attention from the focal and its huge and ugly.. Don't worry about text for now until you get better at tag making.. because text can make and break a good tag.
You need to start reading more tuts about depth/focal and flow.. your tags lack all 3 of those elements and there the top priority of making a good tag

any of these tutorials, i would practice and learn new things
