Discussion on stealing .dtx's?

Ok so I am a "Packrat" and every time i d/l a mod I like I rip the .dtx's out of it unless ofcourse it is a actual non skin mod.

But say i wanted the speed of just the sr25 modded for the l9 which file would i take?

For it to work you need to take them all, sorry thats just how it is :\

L96A1_ANIBASE.LTB
PVMLA_W_L96A1.LTB
PVMLA_L96A1.LTB
PVMSH_L91A1.LTB
CM_HND_SP_DF_L96A1_SH.LTB

^these are the L96A1 files.

i think all of the files link, just taking one and replacing it while make the gun fail. Ive not tried it, just what ive heard.

and no, the Model & reloading file comes under PVMLA ive also heard

The .ltb files are model files, there the ones that hold rof, and change l96 into semi-auto.

These are found in GUNS_M_PV_SR not GUNS_T_PV_SR

They don't hold RoF. xD The only thing that changes is RoF, and by far, I think my reason is the most reasonable.

So the 5 folders mentioned above hold them right? so if i installed and injected them now they would work?
