So.. because of the addresses changing everytime you start the game, I couldn't get the .exe to work. I might make it work soon. Stay tuned.

So I just made this table just with rp, cash multiplier and some other cheats.

Instructions :

Be in an online session. Doesn't matter, closed, invite only, public.
Inject into game. (press the computer below File and select GTA5.exe NOT GTAVLauncher!!)
Values should appear automatically. If they don't, restart Cheat Engine and inject it again.
If it still doesn't show up the values, restart the game as well. It might take a few tries. It shows me the values from the first try.. mostly.
Tick the active boxes for the RP and cash, and if you want to see the other cheats, check it for Local Player as well.
Max cash multiplier that I tested and is safe : 300000
Max RP multiplier : I don't know, only used it once, made myself lvl 468 by mistake because I made that multiplier too high. Use around 50 to 100k
After modifing the values for these, go to Jobs - Races - Rockstar Created - Criminal Records. Set it on one lap, closed session and make sure you're alone in the job.
Finish the race.

Been using Cheat Engine based cheats for 1 week. NO BAN YET.
Made myself lvl468 from lvl1, with 15 minutes of playtime..
OH AND DON'T BANK THE CASH YOU WILL MAKE! You can still pay online stuff using cash
