I added money to my main by mistake is there any way to get csgo for my alt?

just the title, I had my main open in a sandbox and without thinking added the money to my main.. Is there any way to get the game on my alt?

Edit: No gift games for csgo too

They removed that this summer sale, didn't know it was still a thing :/ (bummer, had 20$ left on my vacced account, planning to gift it )

As in, they post some cheap item on the market for i think it'd be $17 and i buy it (please be allowed to talk about this here i really don't wanna be banned and i'm scared to say this)
