Banned Osu!updater?

I succesfull register new account and install osu! on new PC with new internet provider, but after a few days after the registration an account i recieved a restrict mode(maybe too many PP on new account, but i get email with multiacc ban reason). A few days after restrict i recieved a loop message "Connection to bancho failed. Retrying in 30 seconds". I decided to reinstall osu, but i could not do it because i got an error "Please check your internet connection".

I use debian so i tried different configurations with wine(3.0.3/3.15/3.16)/system(Debian, Arch)/dotnet(45, 462, 472)/using proxy/3G modem/macchanger and got same result on any configuration. My computer blocked on osu servers? Last i tried use VM with Ubuntu and updater works well, but it is VM...

yea its a hwid ban u gotta change ur hwid and mac address and if that doesnt work then use a vpn with that aswell
