    No more black Hisecs??

    Since today i dont get any black hisecs by killing enemies , dont know why , just played around 20 rounds elimination today and never found one and never saw one is dropped...
    where are the black hisecs?

    No because about 3 days ago evry game there was about 3-4 cases dropped , today i never saw 1 single get dropped , and i dont was always in the same lobby
