Why Swiftdude is banned ?

Currently on a 7k Post Ban, There is a tradition in which users get a 1-3 day ban per every 1,000 Posts they hit... As follows;

Because there is an tradation.
If you reach the 1k posts you will get 1-3 days banned.
And he have 7k posts so 1-3 days banned.

Shouldn't the ban be one week per every 1k posts? That would stop trolls =P

You will get banned when you get:
1337
2000
3000
etc...
