Ipod Touch ****** crached D:!

Well...
1 month ago my ipod felt on the floor and the upper glass almost broke.
after that everything worked fine, only there wos a small crack on my screen.
2 months after that i wos tired of that crack in the screen and sent it up to apple for a reparation. before that i tried to remove all the illigal programs from it, becouse you wont get guarantee if you sent a jailbraked one. Well i deleted alot of programs from cydia. but i made one mistake, i deleted something that wos neccesary for the ipod to start up and ect, i didn't readed the warning from cydia and clicked yes. after that it turned off, and if i turn it back on i see the apple screen and it flickers off

Some1 got me some advice or had the same problem?
