why pacient? they always send imediatly!!

- Someone else might of been logged onto the account whilst you sent the email request [This Alerts There System].

- Your Internet is failing and you just need to wait.

- They system is lagging due to so many Tickets/Request's and your's is getting Clogged up in the mess.

Create a New email on Yahoo and send it too that.

Servers could be lagging.
Try sending them a support ticket that basically says your not getting the email.
