    UCE for Window 7 32 bit

    The title says everything and I think it is self explainatory.

    If you dont understand the title,
    It says [Request] UCE for Window 7 32 bit.
    I am not using 64 bit, so I dont think the normal Cheat Engine can bypass PBlackout.exe
