So the story was that I got a refund on a main account from someone, then I made a new account because that was an advice I got for a refund, but instead of refunding I got someone else to double dip. That person was only able to get the replacement and half of the refund. The person said that they tried and couldn't get the other half and were saying that the Amazon reps were saying that they would have to investigate. I was wondering if someone else could fix or complete the refund for a small fee for me. Preferably someone who knows what they are doing an are not just following guides or tutorials they found on the public internet.
