Steam locked my steam account because of some guy reported me for selling it (Damn haters) .
You can still play all the games from the account , but you cannot Add more games into it .
I'm the original owner of it .

Talked with him over Skype .. He told me he wount trade the PSC for Paypal . So yea , i don't accept PSC. Only PayPal.
