i folowed the stickied guide but when it comes to the name and kssn i keep getting and error message.

does the name matter?
also does the browser you're doing it on matter?

yes it does , use the first name in the list , it always worked for me with that name

most likely the generated kssn is invalid, just keep trying and you'll get a good one.
