Change UID (non-random)

Hey, guys, i have asked, but nobody answered. So, is it real to change my UID to value I want? e.g. My uid now is 76500000000000001 and I want it to be 76500000000000002, is it real?

on "emulated" version its is possible, on orginal not.
for "emulated" you need a steam emulator with the options for it, or just hook the getsteamid() function from rust.
