    First of all u need Windows xp And run as Admin.
    PerX is made by me!!! Open PerX

    Remember u dont need to put in ur Combat Arms Folder Just open Perx

    Then Browse Ur Dll in ur Perx

    Start Game And Press Insert

    Then Go INGAME and GL with Owning.

    I know u Will be Angry on me Its ********* But this is only 1 that works..(for me then)
